How much do you weigh?  Now divide that in half.

That is how many ounces you are supposed to be drinking each day!

For example:

If you weigh 140 pounds, you should be drinking 70 ounces of water.

Drinking water is so important.  By just increasing your water intake you will see an improvement in your energy level, healthier skin, and a decreased appetite.  (Often times we confuse hunger with thirst!)
