Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

I’ve been making the same smoothie forever. Like FOREVER. Today I decided to make it into a bowl. I love this recipe because it tastes great, is low in sugar (keto friendly), and easy to keep all the ingredients around. I normally have this on days I workout, right when I get home from the gym. It seems to give me the energy I need to shower and blow dry my hair. Why has no one figured out a way to not get your hair sweaty while working out?

Here is what you need:

6-8 ounces of almond milk

1 spoonful of nut butter

1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1 scoop collagen peptides**

1/2 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Toppings of your choice-unsweetened shredded coconut, pistachios, hemp seeds, coconut clusters —Don’t go crazy here. Stay away from toppings that will add lots of sugar.

**If you don’t have collagen on hand don’t worry about it. Just use a full scoop of protein powder instead of a 1/2.

Combine all ingredients but the toppings and blend away! 6 ounces of almond milk will give you a bowl consistency. 8 ounces will give you a smoothie.
