Wow, 2022 did not start the way i thought it would. I know for me, it’s been a rough one and I haven’t been taking care of my body the way I want to, the way I know it likes to be treated. I mean, binging the second season of Cheer while finishing the Christmas candy is delightful but doesn’t leave ya feeling in tip top shape. So I’m recommitting to my 5. And I wonder if anyone else is feeling the same? So I thought I would share what I do to get back on track.
5 Steps to Feel Better
- Move my body everyday
- Eat good, nutritious foods that make me feel wonderful
- Drink more water, less alcohol
- Sleep Well
- Take time to have fun and find joy and beauty in what’s around me
