Wow, 2022 did not start the way i thought it would. I know for me, it’s been a rough one and I haven’t been taking care of my body the way I want to, the way I know it likes to be treated. I mean, binging the second season of Cheer while finishing the Christmas candy is delightful but doesn’t leave ya feeling in tip top shape. So I’m recommitting to my 5. And I wonder if anyone else is feeling the same? So I thought I would share what I do to get back on track.

5 Steps to Feel Better

  1. Move my body everyday
  2. Eat good, nutritious foods that make me feel wonderful
  3. Drink more water, less alcohol
  4. Sleep Well
  5. Take time to have fun and find joy and beauty in what’s around me
