For just under 8 weeks you will focus on moving your body, nourishing and fueling with foods that
make you feel great, hydrating adequately, taking time to prioritize rest and recovery and practicing
gratitude. I get that we are all different so this isn’t a one size fits all reset–you get to choose what
is right for you. I’ve included some ideas for you, but feel free to adapt and modify. I’ve put a * by
my recommendations. Perfection is not required here, do your best but don’t stress if you miss a day
or have an off week. Use the worksheets provided to set your intentions and goals and track your
progress. And remember…55 days can change everything!

Fall Update
