The year is coming to a close and I love taking a moment to reflect.
This year was challenging in ways I didn’t expect, but also surprisingly joyful. I got to celebrate my 20th Anniversary with my husband in Italy, take my daughter to Paris, and watch my son play water polo at the Junior Olympics. While traveling is always a highlight, I’ve also found so much joy in daily walks, the comfort of my home, kitchen dance parties and good times with family and friends.
I’m big on doing what I can to feel better and I’m always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally but I also know how important it is to slow down and realize when good enough is good enough. This Holiday season I will be doing just that! Before I set any goals for 2023 I’m taking a moment to celebrate, be thankful and rest.
Currently, I am so thankful to be back doing personal training and group fitness. The individuals who have given me the opportunity to do what I love and trusted me with their precious time and energy mean so much to me!
